Sleeping and...Sleeping

Brandi watched Lily for a few hours today. When I went to pick her up, she and Paige were very busy playing outside. It was a beautiful day, by the way. Those girls were having fun, and had worked hard digging in potting soil. They were pretty filthy. Lily usually takes her nap around 1:30, but when I went to get her it was already 2:00, so I figured by the time we got home it would be too late for her nap. We stayed and let the girls play another hour or so. Lily almost fell asleep in the car on the way home, but managed to stay awake long enough to come inside, drink a bottle of milk and watch about 8 minutes of Barney. This is how she ended up.

Lily NEVER sleeps anywhere besides her bed. She doesn't fall asleep in weird places like some kids. She doesn't even fall asleep in our arms. So, this was very unusual. She was exhausted!!!
